Yes, we will ship worldwide, please look under "Other Important Questions" for more information regarding international shipping.

  • What is Essential Relaxations return/exchange policy?

Essential Relaxations does not accept returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order please contact Essential Relaxations through the "contact us" button on our website or by sending us an email to essentialrelaxations@gmail.com with the subject of "Issue with my order". We will work with you on a case-by-case basis, however, full refunds will only be granted to those who have received damaged products and have provided photo evidence of the products.

  • What is Essential Relaxations privacy policy?

Essential Relaxations will only use your shipping and billing address and other contact information for the following:

      • To communicate with you about your order
      • Send you newsletters (ONLY if you sign up to receive these)
      • To fulfill your order
      • Legal reasons (such as filing taxes)
  • Does Essential Relaxations offer Wholesale Pricing?

Yes, Essential Relaxations does offer wholesale pricing options for orders that will be larger than 35 individual bath bombs, bubble bombs, soaps or soy candles.

  • Does Essential Relaxations give free samples?

Yes, Essential Relaxations will provide a sample of a miniature bath bomb or soap in all orders over $10. The sample will be a scent that was not included in your order.

  • How long will Essential Relaxations take to make my order?

Essential Relaxations will have your order completed and out for shipping within 3 - 5 business days. If you place your order after 5PM the order will be processed the following day (regardless if it is a business day or weekend).

  •  What method of shipping does Essential Relaxations use?

Essential Relaxations uses USPS for domestic and international shipping. During the checkout process you will choose your USPS method of shipping between the following choices:

      • First Class Package 
      • First Class Package International
      • Priority Express Mail
      • Priority Express Mail International
      • Priority Mail

  • What is Essential Relaxations cancellation policy?

Essential Relaxations will gladly accept cancellations as long as you contact us via the "Contact Us" button on our website or by sending us an email at essentialrelaxations@gmail.com with the subject as "Cancellation YOUR ORDER NUMBER HERE" explaining the reason for your cancellation within 12 hours of the time you placed your order.

  • How do I properly care for my bath bombs and/or bubble bombs?

Please keep all bath bombs, heart bombs, and/or shower bombs in the packaging until intended time of use. Keep stored away from humidity. Essential Relaxations recommends use within 1-2 weeks from the date youreceiveve your order.

*Important Safety Information*

All bath bombs and bubble bombs are made to be safe for all ages. However, it is highly recommended to always have parental supervision of children while using any bath products. I encourage supervision of children. If using a Glitter Bath Bomb please keep the water away from your eyes. Glitter should never come in contact with your eyes.

  • How do I properly care for my candle?

Please keep all candle wicks trimmed at 1/4 inch. Never leave a lit candle unattended. Please keep the lid of all candle containers clean.

  • There was a problem with my order. What should I do?
             Your first step will be to email essentialrelaxations@gmail.com with a clear photo                of the damage that occured during the shipping process. We will take the time to                  investigate the issue and file an insurance claim. Permitting USPS is able to                        confirm the insurance claim we will either issue a refund or replace your order.

    • How can I become an Essential Relaxations Brand Rep?

             We will host applications on our social media platforms, keep an eye out for them!

    • How long will I be a brand rep if selected?

             We hold our brand reps for terms of 3 months - currently hosting July-October

     Other Important Questions

    • Who is responsible for the Customs Fees and Import Taxes for international orders?

    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Essential Relaxations is not responsible for delays due to customs.

    • I have a problem with my international order, what should I do?
                 The first step would be to email essentialrelaxations@gmail.com with a clear photo              of the damage that occurred during the shipping process. Depending on the                        shipping method chosen when you placed your order we will either be able to file                an insurance claim to refund or replace your order. If you chose a shipping                          method without insurance we are unable to assist any further due to international                policies.
